As the Corporate Communication Director, you will be driving Tobii Dynavox’s integrated communications globally. You will strategize, plan and execute communication activities in line with business objectives. You will guide brand building and product marketing omnichannel strategies and tactical plans while coaching team members and managing resources.

This role will partner with senior leadership to guide the internal and external communications strategies. 

 Your days will be filled with:

• Leading integrated communications channel team members to develop strategy, implement plans, measure outcomes and identify optimizations
  
• Developing integrated marketing communications strategies and plans in partnership with senior leaders
  
• Collaborating on brand building communications and activations
  
• Providing input for creative briefs and guide team members in adoption of project briefs and creative briefs
  
• Leading external communications for investor relations in collaboration with Finance
  
• Leading internal communications and employer branding in collaboration with HR
  
• Leading development and manage execution of internal communication plan
  
• Managing and training teams on important policies (information policy, crisis plan, etc.)
  
• Maintaining and executing crisis communications plan when needed
  
• Leading and coaching the Integrated Communications chapter – hiring, training, development, and performance management
  
• Performing various other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent is minimum
• Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing & communications, including investor relations
• 5 plus years team management experience
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills
• Structured and process driven work approach
• Experience working in a fast paced and unpredictable environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and Swedish is must.
