As our new Logistics Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for all of Tobii Dynavox’s logistic needs. You will be working with both organizing how we work with logistics as well as hands-on picking and packing shipments to our clients, internal and external customers. 

Your days will be filled with:

• Handle and process customer orders,  both inbound and outbound
• Picking, packing and sending Tobii Dynavox products worldwide
• Helping our business units with their shipment needs
• Cooperating with several internal and external stakeholders on distribution topics
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and ensure that all documentation is up to date
• Freight & distribution questions as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

•  2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role
• A customer- focused mindset and an accurate way of working
• Great communication skills in English, Swedish is preferred 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of import and export procedures
• Good skills with PC & ERP systems/order handling (Visma).

We find it to be a strong merit if you have knowledge in ISO requirements. Certificate to handle electric pallet pump / loader is a merit.
