Tobii Dynavox is seeking a creative, responsible, and energetic Digital Marketing Project Manager to join a multi-channel marketing team. The Digital Marketing Project Manager will primarily be responsible for the coordination, management, and completion of project deliverables for initiatives with a digital marketing focus, such as websites, automation, and database projects. A successful candidate will be adept at technical aspects of web and database systems and be able to skillfully provide project management for assigned projects.

Job Description

Your days will be filled with: 

• Assisting in the development and execution of global marketing, including websites, database systems and automation to help maximize the sales of the Tobii Dynavox product portfolio
• Managing and coordinating the assigned go-to-market marketing activities and tasks
• Acting as a project manager for website, automation and database systems as well as marketing campaigns for assigned markets, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Drafting and maintaining requirements, project plans, and timelines for initiatives - detailing specific tasks, responsible parties, and monitoring task completion
• Working closely with developers to define and drive technical requirements
• Managing stakeholders across the organization, with a focus on sales teams, customer support and IT
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create, test, scale and deliver creative solutions
• Traveling approximately 20% 
• Performing various other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Project Management, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressive marketing experience required in related field
• Excellent organizational skills, project management and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines and budgets
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and with external vendors in a clear and precise manner
• Familiar with a variety of technical marketing and information architecture concepts, practices and processes
• Experience in areas such as digital marketing, web, automation, database systems and content management
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and energy 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
