Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for recruitment and staffing, compensation, performance management, training and development, and assisting in strategic planning initiatives. 

  • Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding process 
  • Build the employer brand of Tobii Dynavox further by initiating/coordinating and facilitating events and increase visibility in social media to build our employer brand 
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action). 
  • Research, develop, recommend and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity goals. 
  • Participate in and conduct wage and salary surveys, propose compensation revisions, implement compensation program 
  • Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 
  • Direct the administration of workers compensation and safety initiatives 
  • Assist or manage all internal communication with employees 
  • Perform various other duties as assigned 
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field 
  • 7+ years HR Generalist experience 
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including full cycle recruitment, compensation practices, performance management and employee relations 
  • Expert knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements 
  • Compensation administration preferred 
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and teaming skills 
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills 
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite 
  • Organization skills 
  • Conflict management skills
  • In compliance with federal regulation, proof of covid-19 vaccination required
